Come join the fun at the 25th Anuual Dog -N-Jog held on the Plaza. 

This will be our 8th year helping out wih the event.

This Saturday, I will be helping train volunteers for the brand new Pet Peace of Mind program sponsored through the Kansas City Hospice. We'll be be going throughwhat to expect as you go into a home to help out with a hospice patients pets. We'll focus on stress signals in dogs, how to walk a dog safely, crating, and pet taxi. These volunteers will be helping Hospice patients take care of their pets, giving them the peace of mind to know their much loved pets will be taken care of as their human faces end of life issues. Kudos to all the volunteers making a difference in these people's lives.
